How can I get to the Museum using public transport?

From Porta Susa railway station

Take the No. 57 from the PORTA SUSA CAPOLINEA stop (in the direction of Mezzaluna), get off at the PARMA-763 stop and proceed on foot to the Lavazza Museum. Approximate travel time: 20 minutes

Take the No. 51 from the BOLZANO-1118 stop (in the direction of Park Stura), get off at the BORGO DORA-241 stop and proceed on foot to the Lavazza Museum (Corso Giulio Cesare, Lungo Dora Savona, Via Bologna). Approximate travel time: 20 minutes

From Porta Nuova railway station

Take the No. 57 from the ARCIVESCOVADO-249 stop (in the direction of Mezzaluna), get off at the PARMA-763 stop and proceed on foot to the Lavazza Museum. Approximate travel time: 20 minutes

The Lavazza Museum’s closest car park, run by GTT (Turin’s local transport company), is at Via Ancona 17/A

Is the Museum accessible for people with disabilities?

All areas of the Lavazza Museum are easily accessible to visitors with impaired mobility. Content is not available in braille for those with visual impairments.

Is booking mandatory?

Booking is mandatory for groups and recommended for individual admissions. Individuals can make bookings directly on our website. Groups can write to prenotazioni.museo@lavazza.com or call 011 2179621. The service is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00.

Can animals be brought inside?

Animals cannot be brought in, apart from certified guide dogs.

Can I bring in food or drinks?

No, you cannot bring in or consume food and drinks in the museum complex.

Do bags and backpacks have to be checked in?

Larger backpacks must be checked in; lockers are available in the reception area.

Can I take photographs?

Yes, photography is permitted throughout the entire exhibition area.
