Lavazza and the James Beard Foundation: Sponsoring the Nonprofit’s Mission
Established in 1986, the James Beard Foundation is a nonprofit organization that seeks to “celebrate, support, and elevate the people behind America’s food culture and champion a standard of good food anchored in talent, equity, and sustainability.”
The values of the James Beard foundation closely mirror the values of Lavazza, with programs devoted to food excellence, creating a sustainable future, and improving diversity and inclusion in the culinary sphere. Lavazza has become a sponsor of the James Beard Foundation, contributing to various efforts of the nonprofit organization with our shared values in mind.
Along with sponsoring the 2022 James Beard Awards Reception, Lavazza is a proud sponsor of the Beard House Fellows Program, JBF Greens, the Beard House Cultural Event Series, JBF at Pier 57, the JBF Gala and the Official Partner of the James Beard Foundation’s Advocacy and Sustainability program.
