The experience in brief

Together, we will explore how Arabica coffee – blended or single-origin – releases different aromas depending on its place of origin, processing method and method of preparation. The workshop, which is conducted in the Tasting Area, will be preceded by a tour through the museum exploring aspects of the coffee supply chain. The structure of the sensory workshop will take the age of participants into account.

AIMS

– Get to know the world of coffee, including its sources, distribution and processing (with a particular focus on the industrial processes).

– Reflect on the role of coffee in everyday life, whether taking breaks, meeting up or more.

– Hone your senses under professional guidance to learn about and appreciate the different aromatic subtleties linked to the world of coffee and beyond.
